i personally like my shoei. from stories i've heard shoei stands up to some punishment. but i've also heard arai is pretty good.

i've only had shoei as well. i'm curious to see if there is a real difference between the two

It really comes down to the shape of your head. Personally i dont fit Shoei helmets. Arai have a more rounded shape.
